Pyunsoo hwe is an organization that has accumulated power and wealth by privatizing water throughout Joseon. The Crown Prince becomes a hope for those who suffer. Ga Eun (Kim So Hyun) is the woman the Crown Prince loves and she helps him grow as a ruler. Lee Sun (double) (L) is a poor but very intelligent person, he learns to read and to write thanks to Ga Eun, he usually helps to the Crown Prince playing the role of a double and supplanting it.
