COMIC RELIEF

What is the comic relief ? The comic relief  is the inclusion of a  humorous  character, scene or dialogue to relieve tension. Why is it often used in horror films ?  Is often used in horror films to relieve the viewer from a stressful or tense scene in the movie or act. Do you remember laughing in horror films ? Can you think of an exemple ?  Ye s, in the Sleepy Hollow film. When the headless horseman was killed on of the character and his head fell between detectives's legs.

LEGEND OF THE BLUE SEA

Kim Dam Ryung (Lee Min Ho) is a noble scholar of the Joseon dynasty who by destiny knows Sae Wa (Jun Ji Hyun), a captive siren whose destiny is to die at the hands of his kidnappers. Kim Dam Ryung uses strategies to rescue her and return her to the sea; Without knowing that between them there is a past that he does not remember. Much later, after an unexpected event Sim Chung (Jun Ji Hyun) arrives on dry land. Heo Joon Jae (Lee Min Ho) is a cold-blooded swindler who finds himself fleeing from the consequences of his actions.
