No Eul (Suzy) witnesses the accident that kills his father when he is a teenager and the guilty person is protected not to be imprisoned, despite all the efforts of No Eul to find justice, the Prosecutor in charge of the case prevents it. Why is it often used in horror films ?  Is often used in horror films to relieve the viewer from a stressful or tense scene in the movie or act. Do you remember laughing in horror films ?
